I made this journal to record my weight gain and loss and to talk about it. I have just started weight watchers and I want to keep track of things. I got a little off track in November so I'm starting again.
Realistic Goals, Realistic Results
1st Try:
Starting weight: 292 pounds
Ending weight: 262.4 pounds
This Try:
SW: 270.4
Cw: 262.8
Goals (loosing about 2lbs a week)
Goal 1: 240 by july 3rd (cruise) - 14weeks
Goal 2: 220 by sept. 1st - 22 weeks
goal 3: 190 by dec. 20th - 37 weeks
Final Goal: 150 by may 1st 07 - 57 weeks
Progress: - ww weigh-in is on fridays
Short term goal: Goal 1
